The Last of Political Facebook Tabs

Facebook is changing the way their tabs work on November 3. I imagine they’re doing that just 1 day after the election so political campaigns across the country don’t throw a fit. So before we say goodbye to tabs as we know it, here are three that we’ve done recently for clients that we love.

Robin Carnahan:

Jack Conway:

Libby Mitchell:

A colleague commented that these look like iPhone apps - they do - and they effectively work like apps as well. Not exactly sure when campaigns (outside of presidentials) would require iPhone apps (who would download them other than activists who would be on the site all the time anyway?) - but anyone making predictions really doesn’t know at all.

So in 2 weeks, we say goodbye - so goes the story of technology in political communications today - every cycle changes dramatically.
