Worth the wait. Really put some love into the new site for the Truman National Security Project. Thanks to the entire CD2 and Truman teams that made it happen. This is the kind of synergy you always look for.

Recapping a Couple of (Award-Winning) Projects: Roosevelt’s Think 2040 & Truman’s Operation Free

It’s been a great day here for us at Projects by Chi/Donahoe + Cole/Duffey. We were notified earlier this morning that we have won a Gold Addy award for our Think 2040 video on behalf of the Roosevelt Campus Network. And tonight, our work for the Truman National Security Project’s Operation Free won a Reed award from Campaigns & Elections for Best Public Affairs Campaign of 2010.

We are very, very excited about this. Take a look at the Think 2040 video above and visit Operation Free to check out the work we’ve done for our longest-standing client - since July 2009.

Some notable work:

Check out our latest video and racecar wrap design for Operation Free. What do you do to make Americans understand the national security implications of climate change? Sponsor a racecar and go to America’s heartland. That’s exactly what we did for Operation Free and the Truman Project.

As Joe Klein of TIME put it recently: “There is, in Operation Free’s strategy, a lesson for the President of the United States.”
